1. Overview

At mehtab.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • The item is not a final sale or clearance item 
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
  • Undergarments, innerwear, or hygiene-related products
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at mehtab.pk38 with your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the item
  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and dispatch it to the provided address
  5. Share the courier tracking number with us after dispatch

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.


5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Type Timeframe
Store Credit / Voucher Within 2–3 business days of return approval
Original Payment Method Within 5–7 business days of return approval
Cash on Delivery Orders Via bank transfer within 5–7 business days

Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free return pickup and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.


 

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately at mehtab.pk38 or via WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.


8. Important Notes

  • mehtab.pk reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy
  • Repeated return requests from the same customer may be flagged and reviewed
  • This policy applies to online orders only placed through www.mehtab.pk
