1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and surrounding areas.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value (as displayed on our website at the time of purchase).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner's Postex website.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply in such cases.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at:

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. mehtab.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

9. Public Holidays & Peak Seasons

During public holidays, sale events, or peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during such periods.
